$110 – Basic Service - Professional Tuning 1.5 hours
$125+ – Pitch-Raise, includes pitch adjustment beyond +/-10 cents. This includes one rapid tuning to bring the piano close to pitch, followed a second fine tuning. 2-2.5 hrs
Piano tuning is one of the many ways to maintain your piano in top condition.
During the visit we will:
Precisely tune your piano
Lightly dust piano cabinet
If time allows, we will:
Clean the keys
Adjust the pedals
Tighten piano bench bolts (if needed)
Evaluate the overall condition of your instrument
** We understand that life can get busy and there are emergencies but same-day cancellations are almost impossible to fill. To keep our business growing and able to thrive, we do have a same-day cancellation fee of $95.

Regular piano maintenance is needed to keep age and use from degrading your instrument.
Whether it’s fixing sticky keys, a broken string, or other minor repairs, we want to return your piano to its best.
All repairs will be evaluated and discussed before performing any work. A secondary appointment may be required due to ordering of parts or time involved for the work.

Eliminating noises, clicks, buzzes, etc.

Deep Cleaning
$100 – Upright - 1.5 hours
$150 – Grand - 2 hours
A piano is more than an instrument; it’s a masterpiece that requires attention and maintenance. That includes cleaning the inside of the piano.
From the pedal area of an upright piano to a grand piano soundboard, a deep cleaning will get to the hard to reach areas of the piano and remove excess dust / debris from the piano.
This service includes removing dust, polishing the exterior, and much more:
Dust removal
Thorough interior and exterior cleaning
Cleaning the metal plate
Exterior shine to refresh the cabinet’s luster
Detailing the piano’s internal mechanics
If your location is beyond 60 miles of Lamar, CO, an additional travel fee will be added for your visit.
If you are able to secure/refer one or more additional customers in your location that can be added to that day's schedule,
this will help defray/eliminate this fee.
